Description
Halo consists of an intense, story-driven single-player campaign and a multiplayer mode. The campaign is a good 12 hours long at the normal difficulty setting, and the dynamic nature of the battles, along with the multiple, well-balanced difficulty settings, gives it good replay value. The multiplayer component only supports up to 16 players and includes a bare-bones integrated server finder. The game tends to play smoothly online if you can find a server with a low enough ping, and it features an assortment of different modes, which are variations on the standard modes of play found in your typical multiplayer shooter: They include slayer (meaning, deathmatch), team slayer, capture the flag, king of the hill, and some others, though slayer and CTF are by far the most popular choices judging from the servers that are up and running.

• Memory: 128 megabytes (MB) of RAM.
• Hard Disk: 1.2 gigabytes (GB) of free hard disk space.
• Video card: 32 MB with 3D Transform and Lighting capable.
• CD: 8X.
• Sound: Sound card, speakers, or headphones with multiplayer play.
• 56.6 Kilobytes per second (KBps) modem or 10 MB network adapter. Multiplayer servers require broadband to run a server.
• Additionally, you must have an Internet Service provider (ISP) or a Local Area Network (LAN), if you want to play multi-player games.

Install Notes:

1. UnRAR, burn, or mount with DAEMON Tools or Alcohol 120%.Install as specified.
2. After installation, enter the CD directory and find the folder labled "Patch."
3. UnRAR.
4. IT IS IMPORTANT TO KEEP THE CRACK IF YOU ARE GOING TO PLAY MULTIPLAYER!
5. Replace halo.exe with the one in the crack with the one in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\halo.exe
6. Play!
7. If playing in multiplayer, let it update to the latest version, and replace the halo.exe in the patch with the one in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\halo.exe again.
8. PLAY!!!
